G. Foster Tessem was born and raised in the Gull Lake, Saskatchewan area.

Foster was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1970, and has been a Partner with the firm since 1982.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Foster is a current member of the Southwest Saskatchewan Bar Association and Canadian Bar Association.
He was past President of the Southwest Saskatchewan Bar Association from 1983 to 1989 and past
President of the Southeast Saskatchewan Bar Association from 1975 to 1982.
